The bedroom has a walk in closet and there is also a laundry room on that level. Roommate would have full use of kitchen, living room, dining room and all common areas. There is a courtyard with a gazebo, fire pit, and gas grill. The house is mostly furnished but there is room for some furniture and a basement for storage. Looking for a animal lover to help share pet responsibilities. I work nights and am often gone for long shifts.Owner pays water, sewer and trash. Tenants to share utilities.
