This is an absolutely gorgeous property!! The seller built a beautiful 24x32 cabin that has 2 bunk rooms, kitchen and living area etc. They also built a beautiful log sided guest cabin just a short distance away. Both cabins along with a couple sheds are tucked back in the pines just beautifully. There's a great trail/driveway leading back to the cabins. From the cabin area a trail leads in a big loop around the property through the pine plantation and along it are several tree stands and one of them is a beautiful enclosed box stand. While walking the main trail and a couple spur trails I saw several sets of deer tracks and deer beds. I also saw lots of rabbit and other small game species sign. If you're a deer, bear or grouse hunter this is a great option as the sellers have had great luck. If you're a birder this property is located right in the heart of excellent birding area called the Sax-Zim Bog Birding Area!!
