Efficient and effective forced air heating system. Zoned street parking available. Building is professionally managed and secure. Water is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electric, heat, and parking permit if required. We are a non-smoking building. Each adult tenant who will be living in the apartment must have a 650 minimum credit score. Household income must be greater than 2.5 the rent amount (regardless of source). Each adult tenant will need a reference from their most recent landlord and have no history of past lease defaults. Upon passing credit and rental screening and income verification, a criminal background check will be made. First month's rent and a $325 move-in fee will be due at lease signing. The apartment is available for a June 1, 2026 lease start date. 1-year lease. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for gas, electric, and area parking passes. We allow up to two cats or one dog under 25 pounds. All adults who will be living in the apartment must submit individual applications. We will verify that the applicant's credit score is 650 or higher, verify that the applicants' household income (regardless of source) is greater than 2.5 of the rent amount, and verify that applicant's rental history contains no past lease defaults. Upon passing credit and rental screening and income verification, a criminal background check will be made and an individualized assessment performed if any criminal convictions within the past three years.
