Needs a lot fixed. Needs windows siding a kitchen and bath redone. About 60,000 is what I estimate to finish. House is on a great 1.2 acres with your own bridge. House was inherited so we do not know much about it but we are listing for 2 to 3 weeks and if it does not sell we will finish and keep it. It does have new roof electrical heat and ac and all appliances are new. Realitors are welcome I will pay 3 percent for finders fee. Taking offers for 2 to 3 weeks
