Failure to do so results in disqualification: 1. Provide consecutive, recent 3 month's pay stub or other proof of verifiable income, and show proof of positive cash flow for the previous 90 days. 2. At least 2 years of tax records summary page. 3. Three most recent bank statements to verify cash flow. *If your application is accepted, then there is a $500 deposit to hold the rental home and unlist the property from online services (Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, etc.). Until this deposit is received, applications from prospective tenants will continue to be taken. This deposit will be applied toward your security deposit. *Move-in requires 1st month's rent plus up to a $4100 security deposit* (depending on credit), for a total of $8200 (less the $500 deposit to hold the space, so an initial payment $7700) ** Renter's Insurance Required!
