Beautiful property, directly off of State Highway 3, close to town, grocery stores etc. Easy to hop onto the highway and go anywhere, 5 min to Poulsbo, 15 min to Silverdale, 20 min to Bremerton, 30 Min to Bainbridge. The entire first floor of the castle house is sectioned off with a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, wood floor and laminate floor throughout. The bedroom is the HUGE converted living room with French doors. We love living here and are only moving because we bought a house. There is lots of natural light and peace & quiet. My aunt and uncle own the property and live in the upstairs unit but are usually only here on the weekends because they live and work in Seattle. The rent includes water, sewer and electricity. The unit is heated with oil and last year we spent approximately $900 to heat the unit for the entire year (and I ran the heater every day all day long in the winter). The unit stays cool in the summer and it is so enjoyable to sit out on the private back deck. You are also responsible for your own garbage/internet/cable etc. A small pet will be considered upon a pet interview and approval as well as an additional non-refundable deposit of $200.
