the house is old and shows it. there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. 3 of them are available. you can take your pic. one room is currently being used as my gym. moving the gym equipment wouldn't be a big deal if that's the room you want. the bedrooms are all sealed up because i hardly use the second floor. i would be willing to do some minor modifications to make one of the rooms look nicer. there is a 3 stall garage. i currently use all 3 stalls. one stall is used for my skid loader and i can park it some where else. i can paint the walls/floor in the room you chose. i have 2 cats and don't want any more pets in the house. i am very allergic to dogs. i use a ton of electricity for my gardening and livestock, so electric would be included in rent.

I am a self employed homesteader. i make a living off of livestock, products i produce on my homestead, and cash jobs. i am home most of the time working on some kind of project. Most of what i own i got for free and fixed it up.
