The apartment has a full kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal) and full bath, living space and a spacious bedroom with lots of closet space. Laundry on site. The apartment is clean and affordable. Water and garbage included. The other tenants seem to enjoy the space and are very friendly and have stayed for many years. This a no smoking building. Parking is on the street, typically spots are available in front of the building--which is free all day parking. I require a 1-year lease and can be renewed or reverts to month-to-month. Also, gross income requirement is 2.5 times rent, I look for good credit and housing references. First month's rent and deposit is required before taking possession (in Seattle deposits can be paid over time). Rent is due on the first of the month. Everyone helps maintain common places, hallway, stairways, porch, and laundry room. It is a no pet building, however, service animals and/or social/emotional support animals are allowed with proper documentation.
