Hey there! I'm a 38 year old Male, looking for a roommate to fill the larger-of-two rooms (including an ensuite bathroom private to you) for my apartment in the foothills near Genesse. Roommate is moving in with his girlfriend! The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom space. The living areas are furnished, and the space if vibrant, modern, and filled with art. I myself am an artist on nights and weekends, but work full time (1 day a week from home on average) at a company in Longmont, so I'm out most days. The apartment is sun-filled and spacious. The pond in the photos is a 1 minute walk from the unit, and the place itself has a balcony to breathe in the pines. There's laundry in the unit, NO A/C, but there are ways around that. It's also typically 10 degrees colder in the summer here, which I find is quite nice. I'd like to find a kind and tidy roommate to share my space with.
