The rental has a lovely wooden staircase that's friendly and has its own charm and of course separates the 2 floors for some additional privacy .You'll find two bedrooms at the top of this staircase, a second bathroom and some additional storage space. The washer/dryer is upstairs and the apartment has all the typical kitchen gadgets like dishwasher and microwave. This is a very good landlord who replaces stuff if necessary . If you are going to be paying most of the rental commission be sure to get a terrific landlord. Heat and hot water comes on your national grid gas bill and that's in addition to the rent.
