2 family house. I'm on 2nd floor. What I have a a cute small furnished bedroom including bed, electric recliner, hope chest, as well as a 55" Vizio smart tv. I have basic cable and high speed internet. That is also included in the rent. As well We pay the water bill every 3 months when he remembers. No joke I've been here around 3 years and he's sent me the water bill ,3 times total. There is NO SMOKING inside the house. Feel free to smoke on the front or back porch. Month to month so we can see where this goes.
