Hi there, I am a cool 3 bedroom ranch home with 1 and a half baths, 2 sweet living spaces with lots of windows. I've got a large 2 car garage and a full basement that's all cleaned up and very sharp. My previous owners took a lot of care in fixing me up. Both of my bathrooms are newly remodeld with cabinets, fixtures, flooring and paint too! My kitchen, I am most excited about! They gave me granite tops and sanded and painted my cabinets. Let me tell ya, I feel and look smooth.... plus they gave me a subway tile backsplash! All of my doors and window trim is white now and I've got all new white baseboard trim everywhere. My garage has a new roof on it and Ive got a sweet garden shed! Don't let me forget to tell you about all of my NEW VINYL PLANK flooring everywhere. It's the good stuff! I could use a coat of paint outside but I have central air, all new paint inside, 1280 sq feet. Lots of new lights too! I am Agent owned and ready for a new chapter with my new owner! See my pics :)
