There's a two-car garage (and 3 additional places to park outside) and two entrances to the house. The backyard has raised garden beds and a deck with a place for a hot tub. Downstairs is another shared living space, and a lot more storage. There is also a little "crafting" space (although you could use it for anything) with counter space and shelves downstairs. In the private room, there's a bookshelf and a wardrobe that come with the room although we can remove them if you'd prefer! There's also a microwave, a stove, double oven, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The house is super close to UVU (10 min drive), the mall (5 min drive) the Orem Library (3 min) and Smith's (3 min). Lease term goes until July 31st, but it can be renewed for another year.
