The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building and may result in a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Excessive noise or disturbances may affect your stay or the comfort of others. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. Please take care of the objects and equipment available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will cover it, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay.
