No RV or campers allowed on the property do too I have a camper I rent to on site. Security deposit and last months rent due at signing. Renter is responsible for repairs , must call landlord to let them know of the repair . The rent is due on the 1st of every month no later than the 3rd. After the third failure to pay will be cause for eviction.
