We are looking for a tenant who can afford the rent (a monthly income of at least 3.2x rent), can pay rent on time (able to supply proof of on-time payment history), and can take care of the house (able to supply verified previous landlord references) for a lease duration of 12 months. There is a a $350 non-refundable lease preparation fee as well as a 1.5x month security deposit plus first month rent to move in.
