Our cabin sits on a quiet dirt road in a private neighborhood, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the area. The cabin features modern amenities including a washer and dryer, electric stove, convection oven, complimentary coffee and tea, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. Foodies will love cooking on the live-fire Santa Maria grill, perfect for outdoor grilling and entertaining. Take advantage of the fire pit on the property and enjoy a cozy night under the stars (please check for burn bans in the area before using). Although our lakefront property is currently dry due to the drought in Lake Travis, there are still plenty of attractions in the area. Tiny: Yes, it's a cabin. It's 640sqft designed for you to sleep and enjoy the outdoors. Guests have access to the entire property. This house is located 5 mins from Flat Creek Winery and is near the end of a dirt road off Singleton Bend. The cabin is in a quiet & friendly lakeside community where everyone knows each other. Absolutely no parties and a strict noise ordinance, please! Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am. You will need a car to get to this location. The entire property is walkable but coming back from the water is a gentle uphill slope. It is recommended to be in decent physical shape to walk the hill from the shore.
