Handiman`s special. This house has great bones but needs a face lift.... single mom can`t keep up with projects. Needs paint and carpet on the interior as well as updating. On the exterior, the pool needs water to start with, but could use some TLC before putting the water in it...but hey, it`s priced for the condition...submit all offers. The houses previous owner had converted the property to wheel chair accessible.
