PETS: We accept a well behaved, non-aggressive dog under 60 pounds on a case by case basis. A meeting with the dog, references, the name and contact info for a family member or friend who will care for the dog in case of an emergency when the owner is not available and inoculation records are required. There will be reasonable monthly pet rent. There is NO pet fee nor a pet deposit. We do not allow breeds that are illegal under Denver City ordinances. ADDITIONAL HOUSE AND COMMUNITY INFORMATION: 1. Payment of all utilities and water, weeding and snow removal are tenant responsibilities. Over the past year, the water bill has averaged approximately $53/month. Please be aware that the average is impacted by the summer water bills which are always higher than in the Winter. Gas and electric average approximately $103/month.
