This rental unit is in the back, very private and tucked away, while the front building is owner occupied. The location used to be an old typewriter store and storage shed and was rehabbed in 2023. Parking is not provided, we park across the way on a side street. The neighborhood is West Berkeley, a very convenient spot in Berkeley, with local coffee shops, bakeries, ethnic groceries stores. Walking distance to Strawberry Creek Park and TransBay Bus.
