My house has been way underrated by Zillow forever. I just discovered that it has been listed as 1400 sq feet and I thought I corrected this years ago. A significant addition was made to the house years ago and the square footage is 1600 sq ft not 1400 sq ft. So my estimate of value is closer to $650,000 realistically. The great room addition has been an additional 500 sq feet.
