The location is excellent, between Condado and Punta Las Marias, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, public transportation, and many other conveniences. The area is very safe and pleasant, next to a school. The room is private and furnished, with a queen-size bed and a large dresser with plenty of storage space. The apartment is shared with two young Spanish women who are in Puerto Rico for work. They are clean, tidy, respectful, and very sociable, creating a friendly and easy-going living environment. We are looking for a responsible and organized person with a good attitude toward shared living. Rent: $750 USD + utilities (estimated total around $800/month). Available from: December 18, 2025.
