We will be working on renovating the exterior next so if you look it up or drive by, just know that the inside is REALLY great even if the outside needs a paint job! LOL. About the place: When I'm traveling and not at all present, I typically rent the entire house for $2800 (furnished and utilities included in that price). This time around, I may pop in for a day or two a month simply to grab a few things and then will be leaving again, so you'll have the whole place to yourself for about 85% of the time.
