Room for rent to one person, in spacious four bedroom house in the Pittsburg Hills. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SINGLE ROOM, NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE. Nice, quiet and safe family neighborhood with walking paths and park nearby. Five minute drive or 15 minute walk to BART. Views of Delta from kitchen and backyard, which has a deck and sitting area. There are currently two other roommates in their 30s. The bathroom will be shared by two people. There is a washer and dryer available. There is very limited storage in the garage. No emptying of storage lockers will be allowed. Parking is on the street. We are looking for an older (30s and up, but will consider on an individual basis) quiet, neat, non-smoking person, female or male, preferably with full-time day employment. No parties, company, drugs or excessive alcohol use will be allowed. PG&E, water, garbage and internet are included in the rent. Cable TV is not. There are no pets allowed. No smoking or vaping of any substance on premises. No use of illegal drugs. No excessive alcohol consumption. No loud parties or any activity that disturbs other tenants or neighbors. No guests staying longer than two days, and must be approved by other tenants beforehand.
