Thanks for inquiring about our rental house. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 1617 sq. ft. built in 2005. There is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. It has been well maintained. I am the owner. Rent is $1,695 per month with the same amount as a deposit. If a pet is approved, there will be an additional $500 pet deposit. Three year steady employment history. ? A minimum credit score of 650. (For lower scores, increased deposit amount may offset). ? Show proof of renters insurance upon occupation date. ? A small dog or a cat allowed with pet deposit. Rent will be due on the first each month. You would be responsible for ALL utilities including water and trash. The house is in an HOA (we pay the fee) which requires the grass to be kept green front and back, mowed, edged, and weeded. It will be your responsibility to maintain and water the grounds. As of now, the hill in the back has not been getting watered because of last year?s drought but that could change and they may require it to be watered. A one year lease or longer is preferred or we could go with a month to month if you plan to stay at least a year. We bought the house new in 2005.
