Furnished rental for the month of September is a centrally located, two-story, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath retreat house on a tree-filled lot, adjacent to a bird sanctuary, and on a lake. In addition to this property, we have another 3-bedroom short-term rental next door that can house 6 - 7 more people, so a total of 12 to 16 people can stay together. We are a bike ride from the Amish neighborhood and a 6.5-mile drive to Siesta Key Beach and downtown Sarasota. The house has a comfortable, open floor plan, that is spacious and welcoming. The country-style kitchen has a flat stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and lots of cooking utensils. There are two fridges, one in the kitchen, and another in the laundry area. The laundry has a washer and dryer. There is a working fireplace, and a window seat overlooking the garden. There are beach chairs and beach towels for the beach. The large master bedroom downstairs has a separate private entrance and the downstairs bath has a shower. One of the 2 upstairs bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary and lake behind the house. The upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom has a large soaking tub. There is Wi-Fi with high-speed internet, and a Roku Smart TV with Netflix and Cable TV, and an Alexis. There is a small outdoor cabin on the property outside of the house available for extra guests at an extra charge. Please inquire. The outside cabin has a twin-size bed, nightstand, shelves, air conditioning, and a heater. There is parking for 4 vehicles (boat, trailer, or camper). We have another 3 bedroom, 2 bath property next door, so you can have friends or family nearby. We do a deep cleaning between renters and utilities, lawn care, and taxes are included. No smoking, or open flames including candles or incense. Pets must sleep in a crate and must stay in a crate when guests leave the house. Guests must pick up after their dogs. No parties, or loud gatherings, no hair dyes, fake tanning lotions.
