This place with some clean up/spruce up and a little updating would make a great home and a preppers dream with the live spring fed creek that runs in front of the property. Lots of our buildings, old barn needs some work, there is a workshop and a possible 2nd home with a little more work would make a good in-laws quarters. The main home is heated with outside hardy furnace and cooled with window units. There is a full bath on both floors. Home includes a main floor bedroom also. The big covered front porch is a great way to kick back an enjoy your evenings and early mornings. Home is tucked away from the road for privacy and is only a hop skip and a jump from Bridges creek and very close to Norfork Lake. This is a great little getaway
