Middle Oaks Plantation is a smaller neighborhood situated between Pine Ridge and Hunt Club Forest. Most of the homes were build in the early 1990's by Boyd Homes. Turnover is very low, which has helped the neighborhood maintain is value and charm. The schools for this district are very good, with the elementary school being one of the top in the city. There are several new shopping centers located close by, however interstate access is about 15 minutes drive.
