(We get like one oompah band weekend a year, but otherwise they are wonderful and respectful neighbors.Plus, you can get a soft pretzel anytime you like.) It?s a morning-stumble distance to Gaslight Coffee, and afternoon leg-stretch walking distance to Estereo. The Logan Square farmers market is a brief walk on Sundays and Ramen is just across the street at Furious Spoon for fall cravings. The living room has a beautiful window that lets in a ton of northern-facing light and has a perfect ledge for growing plants that like indirect sun. The bedrooms are giant, each with a sizable closet and skylights for perfect morning sun wake ups- these photos show one bedroom, but the other is nearly identical, without the ensuite bathroom. The property managers are incredibly attentive and delightful. There are only 3 other units in this building- everyone likes to have the appropriate amount of fun without being a nuisance to each other. Lease is from November 1 - April 30th, with the option to renew for a year once the original lease term is up.
