We have just completed upgrades on this great home. Upgrades include new flooring, countertops, lighting, faucets, cabinet hardware and adding additional closet and storage space as well as new paint throughout the home. This home sits in a very convenient location within walking and biking distance to shopping, dinning and schools. All potential residents will need to apply individually on line through the Zillow website using the Zillow Application process. Anyone 18 or older staying in the home more than 14 nights per year must apply and be added to the lease. Applicants must provide proof of income submitted with the application. We do not accept housing assistance for this home. Applicants with previous housing judgements against them will not be considered. The lease term is 12 months. Applicant must pay deposit to hold property. Applicant must be prepared to move into home within 2 weeks of placing deposit. Deposit will be held until move out, at which time the deposit, less charges for damage, lease violations and/or cleaning will be refunded within 30 days of move out. First month's rent will be due prior to gaining access to the property. Rent for the first month will be pro-rated if resident moves in during the month and not within the first 5 days of the first month.
