We're looking for a new roommate starting April 1st to sublet a room in our 3 bedroom apartment (lease expires May 31st, 2015). The monthly rent is $1600 plus around $60 a month in utilities (includes cable, internet, water, etc).Apartment is located in the East Village near Union Square between 2nd and 3rd Ave. It's a true 3 bedroom with a large family room/kitchen area. The available room can fit a queen size bed, desk and dresser. It has a large closet with overhead space and two windows.We're both laid back and would like someone who is also easy-going and clean. We have fairly different work schedules (one is in marketing and the other is in television) but enjoy watching TV, ordering takeout and catching up when in the apartment together. Females only.
