Surrounded by woods and bordered by a stream on 2 sides, we think this is a perfectly magical property if you love nature and spending time outside. We have a few young fruit trees (apple, peach, & cherry) and lots of well-producing raspberry and blackberry bushes for you to enjoy! There are beautiful views from the property of a year-round waterfall, and in the fall and winter several extra waterfalls pop up! We have built some wild trails to get down to the stream, which is lovely to play in & explore during summertime. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, cozy manufactured home, with washer and dryer included. ALL utilities are included with a $300 monthly set rate (water, electricity, trash, internet, & lawn care). The house also boasts a clear-covered deck the entire length of the house that overlooks the woods, so you can enjoy your meals or get-togethers with friends while being immersed in nature. There is plenty of wildlife to see on the property - owls that nest here, deer passing through, lots of birds and hummingbirds, frogs, and lots more! FYI, there is also a small guesthouse on the property, separate from the main house, that is rented out on Airbnb. There is plenty of parking for both guests and tenants of the home and we have found guests to be quiet, considerate, and friendly when we cross paths.
