All our apartments come with grey vinyl flooring, updated appliances, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and full size Washer/Dryers. All parking is first come first serve with a 2 car maximum per unit. Special- No Rent Till April! -We offer 6 to 12 month lease terms. -Rent is $1700 -All residents pay a flat rate of $120 (For ONE Person and $10 per additional occupant) for Water/Sewer/Garbage monthly. -Electric is paid by the tenant directly through Puget Sound Energy. -Deposit starts at ONE months rent, but can be higher depending on your screening and rental history. -We partner with a program called Rhino for Security Deposits as an option for less move-in costs for the new tenant. You do not have to use them, but it is an option. -We charge a $200 non-refundable fee upon moving in. -We allow pets, but have breed restrictions. The pet deposit starts at $400 ($200 is nonrefundable) for ONE, then $100 more per additional pet. LIMIT 3 Max. The pet rent is $25 per month, per pet. -We do not allow BBQ on property or Window AC's
