Come home to a California split. Great for entertaining indoors and out. Plenty of parking in the driveway. RV parking on the side of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious yards. Neighborhood Description With a dead-end street, traffic is pretty limited to those who visit and live here. We have a mix of neighbors that have young children to neighbors that are retired. All of the neighbors are friendly yet keep to themselves. This neighborhood is great for families with young children because of the schools nearby and the ability to play outside. We have PLENTY of yard space thus we are not looking into our neighbor's house!! The homes in the neighborhood are maintained pretty well but the pressure to "keep up with the Jones" is non-existent.
