We have a great golf course, active, and financially responsible community. If you are looking to buy now, and rent for awhile to offset the cost of ownership, rental units in our community are very in high demand. Golf membership is transferable to a renter, which is highly desirable. We have not rented for a few years, but when we did, we had no trouble getting $5,200-$5,500 per month in season.
