One of the things we enjoy most about our home is the privacy afforded with a top floor end unit, at the end of the street. We cannot see another unit, nor can they see into ours. Our Lanai is North West facing, which stays cooler throughout the year. We enjoy the prevailing East and West breezes with windows on 3 sides. We have a large screened in Lanai (200 sq. ft.), overlooking a lake and the 12 fairway and green. Our unit has 2 bedrooms plus a Den. Den doubles as office and overflow 3rd bedroom. We have vault ceilings, an abundance of natural light, and many builder upgrades . We are close to the airport, shopping and medical services. We have a great golf course, active, and financially responsible community. If you are looking to buy now, and rent for awhile to offset the cost of ownership, rental units in our community are very in high demand. Golf membership is transferable to a renter, which is highly desirable. We have not rented for a few years, but when we did, we had no trouble getting $5,200-$5,500 per month in season.
