The rent cost is $2300 per month, payable by check or cashier's check by the first of every month. All residents 18 years of age and older, that will be residing in the home will have their credit checked before rental approval. A good rental history is required for approval. No evictions. The tenant is financially responsible for any damage to the property. The landlord will change the HVAC filter every 90 days or as needed based on air quality and need. Tours will not be given without an approved application on file.
