I have the website you need to use to apply for the park they do charge $100 processing fee. I have a 1981 Kaufman and Broad mobile home for sale. It is a 14x70. I have owned it for approximately 10 years. Since then I have done many updates. It is a 3 bedroom 1 and a half bathroom. The sub flooring has been completely replaced throughout the home and it has a laminate wood flooring throughout. This year I had a leak in the main bathroom and it has been fixed and all new subfloor and flooring have been put in along with a new vanity. The roof was re coated last year. The porch was added on approximately 4 years ago and is fully enclosed. Hot water heater works. The home does have central swamp cooling but does not have central AC. I have multiple window ACs and a portable AC in the living room...I also have never used the heating so unknown if it works when putting in the new subflooring we covered most of the heating vents. No leaks. I am willing to leave the washer and dryer if wanted. The refigerator I do not want to move so it will be staying. Does have an older dishwasher installed as well. The trailer is in a trailer park so there is a lot rent of $725 a month the trailer park is located near I10 and Ruthrauff, you will need to apply to the park to see if you qualify.
