This house needs a lot of work on the interior. I want to find a tenant that can handle drywall and painting, and other handyman/fixup work, in return for a credit against the rent. Ideally, the rent will be zero and the tenant will get a credit against all of the rent in return for fixing the house up room by room. It's a beautiful old house overlooking Muskegon Lake, in the very nice Lakeside neighborhood in Muskegon. It's less than a mile from Lake Michigan, and only a couple of blocks from Muskegon Country Club. The home has a new roof and a new hot water boiler. And the exterior was remodeled and painted a year or so ago. But it needs a lot of interior work, as the photos show! Tenant pays for utilities, tenant gets a credit against the rent for drywall, painting and fix up work on the interior.
