Fully furnished with stainless appliances. Full sized washer & dryer. The resort has 3 pools including an indoor pool plus tennis courts. Each adult must apply separately. If you would like a 6 month lease, ask and we may accommodate. NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS RESORT. Tenant pays utilities.Tenant pays all utilities for yearly or 6 month lease. NO PETS allowed at this resort. HOA charges tenant for parking pass, $20 for about a month but $179 if over 3 months per HOA with guard at gated community.
