It is accessed via steps (no elevator in premises) it features one bedroom with Queen size bed, along with a twin bunk bed, and a sofa bed/pull out couch in the living room space. Our unit has one bathroom with shower/tub. The living area has a sleeper sofa, and a smart TV. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig and electric stove with oven and dishwasher. You have all the kitchen essentials. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as an enclosed balcony with views of the outdoor pool. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, nightstand, closet with additional linens and smart TV. We are located at "The Spa on the Port Royal Sound" located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, SC. Nestled between two historic parks - Fish Haul Park and Mitchellville Park. The Spa has many amenities, including an indoor pool complex, which includes a heated pool, a hot tub, fitness room, and large changing rooms. Other amenities include two outdoor pools, tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, picnic and grilling areas, a children's playground. There is also 24 hour security. The outdoor space is the greatest asset of all, the beautiful "all natural" beach on the Port Royal Sound! Located on the "heel" of the Island where the Atlantic Ocean turns up into the Sound, provides a view of the Atlantic Ocean and boats entering the Sound. The beach is in a nature preserve and bird sanctuary, offering a variety of wildlife to watch and enjoy. The Spa connects directly to Hilton Head's bike trails. These "off road" trails (except for street crossings) cover virtually the entire Island. Within a short distance from The Spa there are several Atlantic beach front public parks with showers, restrooms, picnic areas and playground. The Island boasts over 20 public golf courses, many great restaurants, movie theaters, great shopping, and other exciting vacation activities. Savannah, GA is less than one hour away and Charleston, SC is about 1.5 hours away. The beach is in a nature preserve and bird sanctuary, offering a wide variety of wildlife to watch and enjoy.
