Two cedar-lined closets plus 3 more closets for plenty of storage. Beautiful original terrazzo floors throughout the main area. Back lanai has screen doors and fully opens to the back patio. Shaded spot to sit under the oak tree, banana trees on the property. Active wood duck boxes, house at the end of a culdesac with back access to walk to convenience stores and restaurants. No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property. $2,400 rate is for annual rental only and all utilities/internet will be the responsibility of the tenant. Basic yard maintenance will be provided. Fully furnished with space for an RV or boat + 30amp charger for EV or RV free for Annual tenants, additional $100 month for electrical cost otherwise.
