It has two bedrooms king/queen and a bathroom with shower. The shower surround is a unique mosaic mural made of recycled glass tile. The kitchen and bath countertops are recycled barn wood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area seats 4. The floor plan (oak flooring throughout) is very open, with dining, kitchen and living room all connected. The living room has a built-in sofa that can accommodate extra guests if needed, bring your sleeping bag! There is a washer/dryer for your use, and a boot dryer, too. Complimentary ROKU TV and Wi-Fi is provided, but no cable package. Off-street parking is available in the driveway for up to two cars, as well as ample street parking. A small deck off the kitchen leads to a paved patio - great for relaxing evenings under the stars. THE LOCATION Your charming abode is nestled right between downtown Bend and Old Mill, close to river paths, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. Grab your morning cup of joe at Palate 1 block away, followed up with breakfast at Foxtail Bake Shop or Jackson's Corner, both are local favorites! The Deschutes River Trail system awaits 3 blocks from your door, and Hosmer Lake sparkles within a 2-mile drive. Coming to Bend for the epic skiing and snowboarding? Arrive at Mt. Bachelor in 20 minutes for world-class trails and powder. The Aspen house is locally managed by A Stone's Throw Vacation Rentals and is available until December 19, 2019.
