Hi there! Going back to school in the fall so getting rid of a beautiful studio in Rittenhouse. $865 a month + wifi and electric (wifi has been 40 per month for me, electric is around 20 per month, but sometimes much more in the summer with A/C). Move in whenever is best for you, preferably sooner than later. My leases were 1 year at a time, assuming it would be the same for you. I also had to pay first, last, and security to move in, equivalent of 3 months rent. I also assume this would be the same for you, though there certainly could be some flexibility with the current climate. South 21st Street between Locust and Walnut. Second floor apartment (not really wheelchair accessible, sorry), two really big windows onto 21st street for fantastic light, both with screens so perfect for getting some fresh air into the apartment. Bathroom is small but serviceable, pretty new floors, good water pressure, nice enough mirror cabinet. Two nice sized closets just outside the bathroom. Fireplace/hearth area is a very nice touch, doesn't work or anything but it's a cool look. Floor in main space were recently redone/freshened up (it looks nice). Kitchen space also small, but definitely has more than enough to get the job done. Stove works fine, as does the fridge. Sink and cabinets are solid. Pets have to be approved by the landlord, and I think are an additional $25 per month if approved. Coin-op laundry in the basement. $4.50 per wash and dry ($2.25 each). Really nice area in Rittenhouse, two blocks from the park. Market right across the street for any small needs, Trader Joes ~7min walk, several other markets close by. Outrageously good restaurants nearby for when things start opening up again, but good takeout options nearby at the moment as well. Short walk to the river and bike trail/park, very nice for the spring! Also pretty much walking distance from anywhere in center city, I have found it a very convenient place to live. Close to several bus stops and short walk to trolley if you need to get West. Little more inconvenient for the L but you can always just hop on the trolley first. 30th street station also walking distance, very convenient for amtrak/busses. Overall it's a great apartment, I've lived here for about a year and a half and have loved every moment! Would definitely be staying if not for school and all. I sort of lucked into this apartment and I'm hoping to pay it forward! Bottom line is you can't beat what you're getting for the price, and the real estate company hasn't been a pain at all. Happy to answer any questions! (pictures are of the place empty, if you'd like some pictures with how I've filled it out, or a video walking around the place or something, feel free to ask!) Tenant responsible for electric and wifi.
