Neighborhood Description quiet, safe, private, yet only 10 minutes to town. most homes are 3 plus acres, so each home is private and secluded from neighbors. the location is just perfect.up on the mountain we are much cooler in summer, but only get a very little more snow than roseburg in winter. terrific neighbors- some with children, others with grown children.
