Government issued photo identification is required at time of application. 4. The application fee is $45 per applicant. 5. Absolutely no previous evictions. 6. No balances owing to any previous or current landlord. 7. Total gross monthly household income must meet or exceed three times the amount of the monthly rent. ($1950) 8. No co-signers. 9. There is a 2 person per bedroom limit. Total occupancy for this home is 6 people. 10. One full year of verifiable positive rental history with a non-related third party. Renting from relatives is not considered a third party. References required. 11. First & last month's rent required prior to move in. ($1300) 12. Refundable security Deposit of $500 required prior to move in. 13. Pet deposit in the amount of $250 per pet, upon approval of pet(s), prior to move in. 14. Renter's Insurance is required upon move in, and shall be maintained throughout tenancy. Landlord shall be identified as an Additional Insured on the Certificate of Insurance. 15. Upon approval, one half of the first months' rent is required ($325) to HOLD the home, and to remove it from the rental market. Maximum hold time is two weeks (14 calendar days).
