This location is also minutes away from Grand Parkway Park & Ride - which allows you to access Downtown Houston (45 minutes away). Apart from this the house comes with fast Wi-Fi and streaming available Owner pays for all utilities. Cleaning Service provided by Owner every two weeks for monthly rentals. Pets are allowed only under 20LBs Additional rules Guests and visitors should treat neighbors with respect and kindness. No smoking inside the home Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the patio. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin that is located in the Garage. Garbage days Wednesday and Saturdays. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the front and patio door. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
