Additionally, there is a parking area in the back with room for four vehicles, and one bedroom includes a desk and chair for your convenience. Guests are welcome to bring pets, with a one-time fee required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for stays over 30 nights, prorated daily. Guests must provide a valid driver's license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions for guests with negative or low reviews, those under 25 years old, or those living closer than 100 miles from the home. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the reservation is canceled in a timely manner.
