Executive log home home located on 35 acres 12 minutes from Steamboat Springs. We will not be able to take our 10 y/o boxer with us to our home in Belize. So, we will want to discuss the option of her continuing to live here at the house. Would prefer to do a 5 month lease over the ski season. Two master suites plus a third bedroom with bath attached. The master bath has a steam shower. Beautiful media room with high end projector and 110" screen. There is a bar in the media room and 1/2 bath attached. Game room has very nice pool table. Fitness room has Nordic Trac treadmill, weight machine, stationary bike, etc... The main master bedroom has great views of the ski mountain as does the dining area, living room and kitchen. Tenant will have use of over sized, attached 2 car garage that is heated. The kitchen has gas appliances with a large stove top and double oven. There is a warming drawer and wine fridge in the kitchen and another wine fridge in the media room. Tenant will be responsible for a percentage of electric and propane bills. Tenant will need to feed barn cats daily. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal from driveway and upper deck. There is a hot tub on lower deck that if used is the responsibility of the tenant. The home has been added on to in the last 4 years and is over twice the original size with a 3 and 2 car garage and extensive decking over what is reported on Zillow. We would like for perspective tenant to spend a day or 2 with us before they begin lease in November to see what questions they may have. Tenants may NOT be smokers of anything nor allow smoking in our home. A small dog (not multiples) will be considered for approval. Absolutely no cats. We are looking for a family with mature children only. Internet and water bills will be paid by owner. Tenant will be responsible for a percentage of the electric and propane bills.
