Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Smoking inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This home is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition and not used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. If linens are laundered by guests and subsequently damaged, we regretfully must charge for their replacement. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. All guests are screened using our trusted partner. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All events require prior management approval. Additional fees and security deposits of $1000 will apply. Written consent and a signed event agreement are mandatory before hosting any gatherings. We discourage direct delivery to the building or apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup or drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail or package.
