We are looking for a responsible tenant with a good rental history and solid income. A full credit and criminal background check will be performed, so please disclose any record you may have prior to setting up a showing. A credit score of at least 600 is required, as well as a rental history with no evictions. There is a $40 application fee per application, to cover the credit and background checks. No smoking of any kind, and no pets. To move in, you will need verifiable renters insurance, as well as first, last, and security deposit: $3,300 total.
